The holiday home itself was very clean and comfortable with a spacious living area. It had all the necessary amenities such as a full-size fridge freezer, hob, oven, and a good microwave. the double bed was super comfy and there was plenty of hanging space in the wardrobe. the toilet and shower areas were spotlessly clean, and the shower had good water pressure. the owner, Sue, was very responsive and helpful. the park had a nice atmosphere and the facilities like the on-site shop and restaurant were great. the location was also convenient with lots of nearby attractions to visit by car.
The staff on the park were quite rude and unhelpful. They didn't provide any assistance when I called beforehand and even said it wasn't their problem if I couldn't make it on time.

The holiday home itself was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with plenty of space to relax both inside and on the decking area. The kitchen was well-equipped with a full-size fridge freezer, oven, and microwave, making it easy to prepare meals. The double bed was super comfy, and there was plenty of hanging space in the wardrobe. The central heating and hot water worked well, ensuring a cozy stay.
The staff on the park were rude and unhelpful, which was a disappointing start to the holiday. The wi-fi was poor and there was no assistance available when we needed it.

The 2-bedroom apartment was absolutely fantastic! It felt cozy and comfortable, just like a home away from home. We loved spending time in the living room, watching our favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. It was the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen was a lifesaver! Having a fridge and oven meant we could easily prepare meals for the family. With 2 bathrooms, getting ready in the mornings was a breeze. We never had to wait in line! We were pleasantly surprised to find a washing machine in the apartment. It was so convenient to be able to do laundry during our stay.
Personally, I found the fridge a bit small for our needs. However, I understand that others might not have as much food to store as we did.

The holiday home was clean and spacious, with comfortable furniture and a well-equipped kitchen. The provision of an en-suite in addition to a shower room was a pleasant surprise. The location of the park was convenient, within walking distance of town and with beautiful lakes surrounding it. The staff at the on-site shop/bar/restaurant were friendly and the facilities were modern and enjoyable. A great place to relax and explore the nearby attractions.
The Wi-Fi was unreliable and slow, making it difficult to stay connected. The oven had some issues with temperature control, resulting in almost burnt suppers.
